On tap at Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a golden yellow color, with a half inch head, and a bit of lacing.
Smells like zesty grapefruit rin, clean grassiness, and a good bit of pine.
This is very simple, clean, and exceedingly drinkable- I could drink a ton of it. It's got a nice biscuity and bready malt backbone, with a simple clean grassy and piney bitterness, and some mild grapefruit sweetness. This has certainly been done before, probably hundreds of times, but it's a super tasty rendition of a simple IPA.
This is medium bodied, with a crisp and clean mouthfeel, and a normal level of carbonation.
Another wonderful beer from CBW- they make some really nice beers.
