On tap at Swiftwater Brewing in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a surprisingly light hazy yellow, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like soft creamy vanilla, chocolate, a little bit of raspberry, and piney and grapefruity hops on the back end of the aroma.
This is pretty mind-bending. I get a lot of creamy vanilla, from the lactose, and the sweet milk chocolate is definitely stronger than the very light raspberry character. You do still get the feeling it's a hoppy beer, as you get a little bit of zippy pine bitterness, and a hint of grapefruity hops. This is a pretty cool beer for sure.
This is light bodied, crisp, and finishes pretty clean, with a good level of carbonation.
This sort of thing is not usually my sort of thing, but I still enjoyed it.
