Collaboration with Great Divide. Take their Yeti imperial stout, & blend it with NY malts. It’s smooth, has a great nose, isn’t overpowering in richness or bite...it’s pretty close to a perfect imperial stout, improving on the little room the Yeti has to wiggle on. Phenomenal.
