This White IPA is the perfect complement to our cold weather seasons and a nod to driveway tailgates across the region. Aromas and flavors of tropical citrus and herbal spice are wrapped in a hazy, pillowy soft body with a rocky white head. Come to Bill’s garage where the beer is always cold, the game is always on, and the good times are a plenty!

A: The beer is somewhat hazy amber yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and thick streaks of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of orange citrus are present in the nose along with hints of herbal hops.
T: The taste follows the smell and has stronger flavors of herbal hops along with additional notes of spices. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and more clean and slick than crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The herbal and spicy flavors of this IPA lend a pleasant addition for a beer to drink during the winter months.
