Released for CBW's 1 year anniversary, on tap at Mister Goodbar 4/20/12
The beer pours a straw golden yellow, slight haze, and a thin halo of white head (from what I can see via ipod illumination while in the dark dungeon known as Mister Goodbar). The nose is very fruity, honey forward, not cloying, subtle and apparently balanced. The taste is just as clean with great honey/malty sweetness, a touch of spice and fruit. It's medium bodied, lightly boozy, great sweetness and effervescence, which make this beer highly approachable. This is a delicious tripel, true to style, and definitely worth trying.
