I know little about this brewery. I have ended up with a few bottles from this brewery. The beer is 45 degrees and served in a tulip glass. A hard pour produced dismal results. The head or lack thereof was a half finger thick and dark brown. The head disappeared and left only a barely visible ring around the glass. The color of the beer is dark brown nearing black and is opaque.
The aromas in the beer are dark chocolate, coffee, char, molasses, burnt sugar, bready, toffee, vanilla, oak, citrus, raisins, stone fruit, herbal, and dirty socks.
Dark chocolate, stone fruit, molasses, bready toffee, vanilla, oak, citrus, raisins, herbal, earthy, burnt sugar, char, caramel, and toffee are the flavors in the beer.
The mouthfeel of the beer is chewy and thick.
The body of the beer is full, low carbonation, and a full finish.
This is an awesome beer. I love this beer.

Very dark appearance with slight tan head that disipates quickly. Aroma is a sweet maple whiskey chocolate that is pretty pronounce. Taste is a sweet maple sharp whiskey with a chocolate that is very pleasant.
