Presentation: Draft, served in a Munique glass.
Appearance: The one finger head goes away pretty quickly and leaves behind a thin foam layer. It's a clear, bright crimson color.
Smell: It's a strong, fruity smell of raspberries and a slightly musky note as well.
Taste: It starts off with a tart, sour note of raspberries and finishes with a refined sugar sweetness to balance things out.
Mouthfeel: It's smooth, slightly creamy and medium bodied with medium-low carbonation.
Overall: A very good, fruity kettle sour with a good amount of sweetness without getting cloying and the right amount of sourness.
