This wheatwine is light amber in color with a little bit of sweetness and fruitiness going on. Think toffee, light on sugar, and slightly dry.

Pours a clear, medium-copper color, dark reddish hue in the glass; thin, light khaki colored head; light density sheets of foam hang like curtains down the glass. Decent aroma; a touch of earthy spiciness, cardamom and amburana; hint of raw white oak. Initial flavor hit of moderate malt sweetness; anise and raisin; phenol undertone; bitter. Heavy body; dense and smooth; boozy dryness; a bit of rough phenol bite.
Without a good idea of the age of this beer, I'm thinking it's relatively old, perhaps leaning towards some oxidation with regards to the taste. This is not a bad beer, just not very interesting or memorable overall.

Poured at fridge temp. Pours an amber color with a bit of off-white head. The nose is honey, toffee, wheat, orange. The taste is super smooth and not too sweet at all. Some hop bitterness comes through, combined with sweet toffee, stone fruit, grass, wheat, and honey.

Murky amber brown body, eggshell white head. Aroma shows off the sweet malt l interacting with the wheat giving off brown sugar, caramel, and dark fruit. Taste has a big cola note melding into the wheat that is powerful here and is more than a backbone, giving off some fruity esters to group with the dark sweet fruits of the caramel malts. Feel has some spunk with the wheat and booziness, but then mellows with solid malt and dry yeast, middle is a little bland though
