Clear, medium gold color; dense and coarse carbonation; thin head, white but with nice density and long-lasting. Zesty, herbal nose; marjoram and thyme. Light biscuit-like malt base with a peppery and herbal hop flavor profile; mint, sage, pine resin; a small touch of tropical fruit is mixed in the batch. Medium body; crisp and sharp on the palate; velvety residual sugar feel offset with a subtle dryness.
All these hyper-boosted hop additives do lend a unique twist to this beer. Overall, I do enjoy trying to figure out the numerous qualities exuded by regular hops and the concentrated additives.
ABV: 6.8%; pouring temperature: 54.0 °F; canning info: n/a
