Described as a "maple syrup breakfast porter." Collaboration with Big Choice Brewing. Rated at 27 IBUs. Dark brown in the glass with a lovely nitro head. Creamy carbonation in the mouth.
Powerful aromatic, dark, spicy brew with an intriguing tang. Sweet but also has that bite of acidity. A toffee candy flavor with burnt sugar and an indefinable fruity taste that must be the maple sugar. Not strongly flavored, but the maple does go nicely with the roasted malt.
Delicious sipping brew for dessert or a night cap. Warm and rich without the alcoholic bite. On tap at the brewery on East 39th Ave in Denver.
