This is a simple amber ale made with a full bushel of Pueblo Chillies. Yes, we packed up the brewer and sent him to Pueblo and wouldn’t let him back without that delicious roasted goodness. With a warm pepper flavor, a subtle heat, and a small bite at the end you can’t go wrong with this cold-weather warmer. Pairs well with spicy food and is great for cooking with!

Dark amber body, nearly brown in appearance; clear; excellent carbonation thin yet lasting head, fine rings of foam decorate the glass. Nice aroma, primarily green chili, not too strong; mild malt scent. Spicy, peppery green chili flavor with a subtle malt underpinning; lightly bready. Medium body; velvety smoothness; excellent chili heat warms the palate;

I love a good chili beer, one that tastes great yet has some depth and complexity to the flavor, plus a nice head (many chili beers don't seem to be able to create any lasting head). This is simply a beautiful chili beer.
