Collaboration with fellow Evansville craft brewing kings Carson's Brewery.
Poured into my pint glass at the Gerst Haus a clean golden amber. No head, thus no lace present.
Nose subtle. Not getting much. A little caramel, but that’s about it. Meh.
Taste is light, watery, slight touch of caramel and some bittering, presumably from hops. Toasty grains up front bit with a strange chemical or medicinal finish. Not sure what happened here, but this one is definitely not a favorite.
