From the tall boy can in a snifter via a friend from work----Thanks Justin!
This beast pours a near opaque brown color with a nice head of tan foam that
settles to a thick ring, and light lacing. Nose of rich baked raisin bread, brown sugars,
subtle cherries, and strong booze. Flavors hit the wow mark with heavy raisin bread, subtle
coffee, subtle smoke, chocolate covered cherries, and subtle cream. Almost a stout with heavy
booze on the back with a bitter malt finish. Excellent mouth feel, smooth, rich, boozy, and low
carbonation. An excellent brew indeed. Gotta visit this brewery!
Cheers

Dark rich deep brown lager with creamy head. Malty nose, just great, booze too. Taste is almost barrel aged greatness. Feel is smooth thick creamy all sorts of goodness. abv is not in the least subtle. Overall a great Beer from can into pint glass at brewpub with a burger. Tried several Tin Man offerings, but first time even seeing this one.
