March 2016: 330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Verksgata, Stavanger. ABV is 5.8%. Cloudy orange colour, large white head. Strong aroma of various fir trees, citrus fruits and tropical fruits. Fizzy mouthfeel. Very hoppy and medium dry flavour, pine needles and resin galore, also grapefruit, very bitter finish.

I was visiting Wellington, and when I mentioned my penchant for craft beer, Garage Project was recommended. I tried four of their offerings, but since reviewing by memory is discouraged at BA, this is the only one I'm reviewing at the time of consumption.
It pours a nice amber color, but with minimal head; there is no lacing to speak of.
Both in terms of aroma and taste, it is pretty hop-forward; unfortunately, the hops are pretty one-dimensional, earthy and bitter. On the brighter side, the mouthfeel is pretty good.
Overall a drinkable but unremarkable IPA.
(I mentioned earlier the other beers I'd tried from this brewery, and I did rather enjoy the Summer Wit; but I don't remember enough details for a review. Hopefully, someone will add it to BA soon, so it can be reviewed.)

Well, again, this over hyped brewery has released another west coast style ipa with moderate flavor and bitterness. This is atleast an acceptable beer, as compared to their other s*%t offerings

L - dark orange, somewhat hazy, overflowing head of large bubbles
S - mild, minerally, odd tropical
T - moderate bitterness, odd muscadine or guava note (Equinox?), slight grassiness (Galaxy?), grapefruit rind finish
F - high carbonation, on the thin side
O - tasty hop-forward IPA, emphasizing "odd tropical" flavors

A 330ml can with a best before date of 23rd December 2015 and poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Appearance: Poured a slightly hazy orangey amber colour with a one finger white head that dissipated fairly quickly leaving good amounts of lacing.
Aroma: Mainly a fruity tropical and citrus mix. There’s tropical passionfruit and pineapple along with citrus orange and grapefruit. There’s also a hint of grass.
Taste: Light mango and passionfruit followed by some strong grapefruit bitterness, pine, grass and a hint of sweet malts.
Mouthfeel: Medium to full bodied with medium carbonation.
Overall: A solid IPA from Garage Project. Although this is my first GP review, I have quite a few other bottles of their beers that I look forward to trying.
