Format: a 100mL taster from the cellar door at Garage Project during Wellington Good Beer Week.
Appearance: pours out a fantastic sparkling light yellow with a slight haze. A one-finger fizzing white head lasts for a time before dropping to a thin cap. Looks pretty good.
Aroma: a very floral and fruit-based aroma with the obvious champagne and sauvignon blanc grapes up front.
Taste: more floral and tropical fruits here, with those grapes bursting through again. Quite sharp, but still quite nice.
Aftertaste: the sharpness comes through that little bit too hard on the finish for my liking. The flavours are all there, but covered by a sharp carbonation.
Mouth feel: moderate in body with a sharp carbonation.
Overall: another good beer from Garage Project. This one has a nice grape, floral and tropical fruit flavours with a sharp carbonation. One bottle at a time, at AU$17.

The days weather calls for this and before I jumped into this one I was thinking fruit beer but on finding out its more pilsner than anything and pours a champagne like sparkling pale yellow straw hue with a wispy one finger head with subtle lacing and again so reminiscint of a fine champagne,on the nose a light touch of Sauvignon blanc grapes but its really all about the NZ hops with berries, floral bouquet, pineapple and some grassiness, the mouthfeel is crisp, light bodied, perfectly carbonated and dry beautiful and grape I get on taste Is so subtle it's fantastic it's there but ain't got nothing on the floral bouquet grassy hops and tastes of gooseberries that confront the end palette and overall fantastic drop that I could drink alot of cheers.
