Bagatême Bière blanche Belge/ Witbeer Aux fous Brassant Rivière-du-Loup QC. Is a cloudy pale straw colour Witbeer with a huge lasting frothy white head. The smell of coriander is nicely blended with some citrus and mild hop notes. First sip produces tastes of Belgium yeast, banana, bread, coriander and some flowery hop flavours. It has a lively spicy body with good carbonation. Very drinkable and refreshing .

I had this beer directly off the tap at the brewer site. The Aux fous brassant, is located invthe province of Québec in Rivière du Loup. We have taste 5 beer, me and my cousin. Given in a 5 oz glasses you can have 5 different kind of beers.
The Bagatême is a nice whitish beer and in the same group as the Blanche de Chambly.
There is no hop taste and you can feel the orange, ginger and coriander.
The ABV is 5.5% and the 5 oz sell for 2.50$ directly at the tap of this microbrewer.
If you pass in Rivière du Loup Qc. , don't miss this occasion..... a must.
