Chien Jaune, blond ale, 4.9% alc/vol, Aux Fous Brassant Micro Brasserie, Rivière-du-Loup QC. It has a nice yellow golden colour with a slight haze and a solid lasting white head. Smells of malt, fresh bread, honey and some grassy flowery hops. First sip is sweet that quickly dries up with some good grassy hop bitterness, with a little lemony pucker. It’s well carbonated with delicate flavours and a dry finish

I had this beer directly at the brewer site. The Aux fous brassant, is located in Quebec province in Rivière du Loup. We have taste 5 beer, me and my cousin. The tasting glass are given to you in a 5 oz glasses.
The chien jaune is a nice yellow color, clear and attractive.
The smell is nice and super fun to smell. The taste is nice also. The taste have a subtile taste of hop, not to much, but just enough to give a nice taste to this one.
The ABV is 4.9 % and the 5 oz sell for 2.50$. A real nice occasion to taste multiple taste.
