On tap at the brewery : Clear light straw color with good activity. Light foamy white 1 finger head that last for a couple of minutes. Flavors of straw, sweet grains, cereal, lemon, green apples, and floral hops. Slick medium to full body with sharp carbonation. Light to medium strength finish, heavily tart with soft corn and light flowers. Decent freshness, unfortunately highly metallic. Overall decent quality craft.
