Pale yellow color, quite hazy after shaking the residual liquid in the bottle. Head vanished quite quickly.
Sour yeast aroma with hints of lemon, reminded me of a lambic, which is very unusual.
Taste was also very citric with hints of banana. Less sweet than usual.
A bit dry and citric aftertaste.
That was very different from what I was expecting. Though I believe its yeast went nuts (actually wild), something doesn’t seem right (ps. Expiration date was 18jun13 – L24). For this reason, I have tried to round up the grades. I will write the brewery.
