I had that on tap at Hop’n Roll during a trip to Curitiba, very fresh as every hop deserves. Translating my Portuguese notes to BA.
It made a consistent head with good retention. Yellow bright and hazy color with good carbonation.
Delicious hoppy aroma with pineapple notes. It has a particular flavor with Sorachi hops standing up. Predominant citrus notes, especially lemon, making it quite refreshing. Well balanced beer with excellent drinkability, a successful recipe. Interesting that later on, the Duvel Tripel Hop 2013 came out with a similar proposal.
