Had on-tap at the brew pub in the Sony Centre in Berlin. Dark, dark red, appears brown, with a finger-width thick white head. Clear lacings.
Sweet malt on the nose, raisin bread, all that good stuff you expect from a dunkel.
Pretty typical of the style. Standout malt profile with molasses and bread. A bit too much of a roasted flavour in my opinion, not sure how appropriate that was.
Nothing to complain about regarding the mouthfeel and it was certainly drinkable. Very good.
