Hazy orange color with a thin head with medium retention.
Aroma with predominant notes of banana, cloves, white bread, German yeast and some oranges.
Flavor with notes of fresh oranges, banana, lots of phenols (cloves and a bit of white pepper), German yeast and wheat malt. Mild dry aftertaste.
Medium body with perfect carbonation.
Yeasty, though still refreshing Hefeweizen that balances well citrusy, banana and phenols flavors.
