L: the one i drank was old already, so it wasnt really the prettiest beer, although it still looked very nice. Had a very typical doppelbock color and it lightens up as you go up in the glass.
S: Once again, a very nice smell. Malty with a subtle sweetness. Imagine a doppelbock but slightly sweeter.
T: this is the important one. Just like a good doppelbock, but it is a bit more subtle than a optimator for example. Nice maltiness, and sweetness. Makes the basics great.
F: less carbonated, likely due to its age. The alcohol percentage is enough to give it strength, yet not too strong to put you out for the night. Feels very good on the mouth but even better on the stomach. Goes in nicely.
O: very good basic beer. Nothing added. Its a great doppelbock for everyone thats in Brazil. If youre somewhere else, it might be worth it if you want to get a teste of a different approach to the doppelbock model. I enjoy basic beers, which is the reason of my high rating. And i think that the in comparison to the rest poor looks can be overlooked due to its age and how good everything is.
