Brown reddish color with a thin fluffy head with low retention.
Aroma of caramel, booze and a hint of licorice and pine.
Similar to nose flavor, but still an improvement from the aroma. Notes of caramels, dark fruits, piney hops, maple syrup and toasted malts. Dry, spicy with a medium bitterness aftertaste.
Light to medium body. Alcohol of 6.7% abv is well perceived, it is not unpleasant, but it feels higher, more like a Doppelbock.
Decent Bock, not tiresome and that actually gets better overtime. Good local alternative.

I forgot if I bought this in Santa Catarina or Paraná, but I remember that it cost me R$10 for the 600 ml bottle, and I shared it in São Paulo with my friend Sergio. On to the beer:
The color is lighter brown with a hue or two or orange. Solid formation of the head and retention on top. It has a pleasant nose, one made up of grapes, pleasantly alcoholic caramel, and a crust of burnt sugar.
The start is acceptable, bringing out notes that gave the bock style the name liquid bread. Bread, bread crust, dough. That's a start. There's a spicy hop note late in the taste. As the beerr warms, sweeter flavor emerge, in this case being maple and baking chocolate. The body is medium full, thanks to the richness of the malt.
Bierbaum Bock is yet another beer I had absolutely no background on, but decided to purchase anyway. That's the life of a beer taster, and in this case, Bierbaum came through with this offering.
