Pale yellow color, slightly hazy (than later heavily cloudy), with two fingers of head with a low retention.
Very faint aroma of biscuits and yeast.
Tastes a bit spicy which gives a refreshing feeling, its flavor is mostly malty and mildly buttery. Notes of yeast. More malty than hoppy (this one on the low side).
Aftertaste is dry, sweet and buttery.
Light body and medium carbonation with small bubbles.
Interesting beer given its spiciness and buttery feeling, I was expecting something boring.
