L: Slightly Hazy Amber red color, with a small white head and some lacing on the glass.
S: Smells like pancakes as the name implies, maple syrup, caramel malt, molasses, Reminds me of breakfast.
T: Maple syrup, malt, a fruity sweetnees at the end, little bit of bitterness. Doesn't quite live up to the aroma but still nice.
F: Medium but still quite Crisp and carbonated. This beer would be better if the mouthfeel was creamier and less carbonated.
O: This beer would pair so well with pancakes and sausage.
