Hop crazy but not hazy! Our take on the New England style of IPA. Built with specific water chemistry and oats and wheat in the mash to create a soft, smooth beer to carry literal boatloads (we have to dry hop it 3 times just to get ’em all in there!) of Citra, Mosaic, and Cascade hops creating dank and juicy tropical fruit forward flavors and aromas!

1st review of this beer on BA. Also consumed early Summer 2019 in Denver, at the source.
Pours golden yellow. Thought it would look, you know, hazy. It did not. Cool. 1/2" white head. While it claims Citra and Mosaic hops, I'm getting more Cascade than those two combined in the aroma. So you can smell the bittering hop more than the aroma ones. Interesting. I sometimes envision a brewery listing 3 hops, but not telling you the ratios are 5%, 5% and 90%.
Taste, man everything I saw ipa wise for this brewery was a little off, this wasn't very juicy or hazy despite the aforementioned commercial tug jobs. Was still mostly Cascade (which I do like very much) grapefruit rind and pine, with very light tangerine and blueberry weed strain notes. For a purported flaked oats/wheat body, it didn't look nor taste like it, was more dry than juicy. Do they try and trick consumers with their write ups? I swear, their juicy ipa was drier than their brut ipa. No off flavors in either beer, but just seemed like a different beer than their write ups.
