On tap at the brewery. Pours orange with foamy white head. Aroma is of yeast, caramel malt, herbal hops and ripe fruit. Body is full and crisp. Taste is yeast, sour dough, herbal hops and some caramel and apples. Finish is long and bitter. I would skip this brew next time.

The beer pours a beautiful amber color with a thick frothy off-white head that slowly fades to lacing. The aroma is good. It has a solid pale and crystal malt scent along with a moderate hop aroma. It's a balanced attack, not overly bitter with just enough malt character to balance. The taste is good as well. It goes down with ease and finishes clean with a mild hop flavor. Again, it's well balanced and not overly hoppy. The caramel malt mutes a bit of the hops, but it still is satisfying for hop lovers. The mouthfeel is perfect. It's a full bodied beer with spot on carbonation. This is a very good English or even East Coast IPA. It's enjoyable for those who enjoy IPA's, yet accessible to those who may be new to the style.
