A - Brown pour, with noticeable carbonaiton. No lacing, and foam shrinks quickly.
S - Scents of sugary fruit and sweet malts. There is a bit of a brandy-like scent
T - Very sweet flavors of brown sugar, cordial cherry, and sweet malt. Finish has a slight warming feel.
M - Easily drinkable, and can work as a sipping beer or one to have a couple glasses. Well balanced for the style.
O - Maybe my favorite of the Water Street brews I tried.

My girlfriend swung by waterstreet coming home from jersey. After she tried a flight, she selected their weizenbock to bring home a growler of this.
A- a muddy like murky pour that has a brown body. A head dissapates quickly with bubbles lingering to the edges. A real interesting look that definitely looks like a bock
S- hefty dark fruit, brown sugar, and sweet malt flavors. Some spices on the back end mingle well and add to the profile
T- sweet and full of dark fruit flavor and some molasses. A bitter flavor finish is coupled by a sugary mouthful of flavor. Spicey and herbal too. The scary part? At 9% it's very drinkable!
M- smooth carbonation with a medium feel is really fair
O- my first water street brew is a winner! If you like hearty brews with spices and malty sweetness, this is your brew. I am looking forward to trying more from water street
