On tap at Monkish Brewing Company in Torrance, CA.

Pours a clear golden-yellow with a foamy white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, honey, citrus zest, and berry aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest and berry flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with a nice citrus and berry forward hop presence.
