On cask for The Bruery Sucreversary held at The Phoenix Club in Anaheim, CA.

Pours a murky light orange with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, strawberry, and sugar aromas. Taste is much the same with grain and strawberry jam flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of earth bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with a really nice strawberry presence all around that works quite well with the base beer.
