Gold draft pour with off white head. Lemon grass aroma. Pine and citrus hop flavored. Lite mouthfeel; Lightly juicy - good.

On tap at Tony's Darts Away in Burbank, CA.
Pours a clear golden-orange with a foamy tan head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, Belgian yeast, and citrus zest aromas. Taste is much the same with Belgian yeast, chalk, and slight citrus zest flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop and yeast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is very yeast forward with the hop qualities definitely taking a back seat in my opinion.
Serving type: on tap.
