16 ounce can purchased at the brewery, poured into a tulip. For some reason there are no labels on these cans but they have sticky glue on the outside as if a label was destined to be there or was there and was ripped off. Interesting. I didn't notice until I got back to New Mexico.
Anyway, this beer looks hazy golden and would have been in that 4.25 area (I downgrade most hazy beers), but this one also had floaties in it. Much cleaner looking at the brewery and on tap (had two pours because I liked it so much). 3.75
Smells pungent and tropical. Mango, pineapple and orange juice. Very juicy and full of aroma. Well done. 4.25
Not quite as much punch to the flavor, but it's nice. Light and refreshing flavors of lemon, biscuity malt, grapefruit peel, and a sprinkling of orange juice appears on the finish. But wait, I keep drinking and unripe mango and pineapple starting sliding into my DMs. This beer's pretty damn good. 4.25
I think the big winner (besides my palate) with this beer is the feel. So refreshing. Great light bitterness and zest meets a light dusting of biscuity malt so that I'm not just drinking hop water. Has a fuller body than the ABV would suggest but still retains maximum drinkability. 4.5
This is excellent. Monkish doing big things.
