Light, hazy pale colour. Really nice, simple Berliner weisse. Tart lemony flavours as well as a nice, funky sourdough breadiness. Goes down wicked easy.

Poured a beautiful light yellow with a slight haze and a white head that hung around as a film on top of the beer. Aromas and flavors were very nice, a mix of tart lemon-lime citrus, wheat crackers, and a hint of green grapes. Light and Effervescent mouthfeel. Very well done!
