Poured from a can at fridge temp. Pours a nice murky yellow with white head. The nose is tropical fruit - mango, pineapple, and papaya. The taste follows the nose. Tropical fruit, vanilla, slight earthy note. Mouthfeel is creamy with a nice tropical aftertaste.

@Beersnake1 sent this my direction as return fire during NBS BIF #16.
Pale pastel orange/yellow colour. Very opaque. Head is pillowy and a good finger+. Likes to stick around, and sticks wonderfully to the glass.
Nose is bright and fruit-forward as soon as I pop into the can. After sitting for a bit, a sappy pine-aroma creeps in as well. Those two notes coming together leads to a citrus fruit impression. I saw mention of blood orange in one of hte other reviews, and I agree with that.
Flavour is creamy with white grapes, some peach and a touch of blood orange on the back end. Finish builds to an incredibly pithy completion that is kind of raspy bitter.
Body is creamy and smoothe, carbonation is subtle and fine
Thanks for sending this along, Tim!

Brewers notes: Monk Double IPA showcasing Galaxy hops.
Poured into an antique Germania Pilsener Wiesbaden stemmed glass
Hazy pale orange , creamy one finger off white foam cap, good retention, cloaking lacings
Aroma is tropical , passion fruit, orange citrus
Taste is tropical , passion fruit, whisper of peach

This beer pours a juicy looking lemon colored pour with a very thick white head - 3 finger. It took several tries to get it all in the glass. The head retention is decent, and there's some lacing on the glass. The head looks quite fluffy, and the bubbles are small.
I am getting a good deal of tropical citrus on the nose. I get a bit of grapefruit and some pineapple.
There's some grapefruit and guava along with pineapple in here that I get. I don't think there's lactose in here, but I'm getting an almost creamy flavor. The finish has a bit of bitterness on the back.
This beer is VERY soft and very juicy feeling. I was getting a lactose flavor, but it was more of a feeling in my mouth and throat, than an actual flavor. Smooth is a good way to describe the feeling. Feels like silk going down.
This is a beer of the NEIPA style done right. I know I'll be below the average, but I'm very happy with this beer.

L - Creamy yellow, incredibly hazy - milkshake-like with a white head that dissipates somewhat quickly leaving behind a decent amount of lacing.
S - Tart pineapple and piney, floral bitter hops on the nose. Some dankness and grass as well.
T - Follows the nose: piney, floral, bitter hops up front and throughout along with some grass and drankness with some tart pineapple and lemon as well.
F - Medium bodied with a moderate to high amount of carbonation. Smooth, creamy, but crisp
O - Another really solid NEIPA from Monkish
