Canned 1/18/17; drank 1/31/17 @ the Yarchives.

Opaque dull orange rust appearance.

A violent pour yielded a huge white head; decent lace.

Pineapple, peach & orange peel notes in the nose; citrus heaven!

Medium mouthfeel.

Banana & peach flavors up front; dry orange peel & mild booze heat notes on the finish.

This smelled better than it taste, but was overall enjoyable.

Really hazy peach color with soapy off-white head. Aroma is quite dank with some overripe stonefruit notes and cabbage. Taste is a bit boozy but the hops cover it up quite well. Low bitterness with grassy flavor. Medium body and carbonation. Nice one but a bit underwhelming.

First Monkish beer, and it’s very good. It’s certainly on par with Trillium, TH and OH. Could tell right away this was a Citra beer. Loads of oranges and fresh fruit on the nose and in taste. Very mimosa like. Nice velvet feel and hazy appearance.

Poured into a tulip glass probably a month after canning, so not the freshest. The look was light golden color that you expect from Monkish. Next to no smell, but where that lacked it made up for in taste! I got a bright citrusy/grapefruit taste at the beginning and tropical on the after taste. It was smooth and refreshing going down and not very boozy for a month old 8.3%ABV. Overall I loved it and wish I wouldn't have gotten this as just an extra in my trade!

Pours a pale opaque yellow with minimal head. Ok lacing.

Smells of pineapple and onion, a little orange and grassy herbs.

Taste is big on orange and pineapple, a little sweet up front, then some dank character and light bitterness on the finish.

Mouthfeel is a little thin, light body, and low carbonation.

Overall it's a tasty beer, but is a little to light bodied and undercarbed. Other than that, great NEIPA rendition.

Hazy golden color, orange hues, medium white head and tons of sticky lace. Fruity, citrus hoppy driven aromas. Emphasis on the sweet fruit. Notes of sugar dipped tangerines, over ripe peaches, mango jam, and orange rinds. Soft, creamy, gently carbed, lightly dry and very drinkable. This is a world class beer, amazing fruit driven hop flavors.

Milky yellow, white foam.

Sharp citrus.

Orange juice and pineapple, more citric than sweet. Straight forward, solid go at an all Citra beer.

Medium body, feels right.

Monkish delivering another awesome New England style IPA in the South Bay. Hard to get your hands on there stuff, wishing they could produce more. And start distribution. This beer is really juicy, the double ipa, at 8.3 Abv is almost undetectable, dangerous you can drink this stuff so easy.Pineapple, orange juice pith, grapefruit is in the nose and taste very sweet and light tasting. Fresh Pinapple orange juice unfiltered squeezed look. Mouthful is not as creamy as beats infinite, but close. I love Citra hops and this showcases that. Very very good, could it get better Mabe. Can't wait to see what next there killing it.
