Look - Milk yellow with a nice white head and sticky lacing and great rimming
Smell - pineapple orange slight peach
Taste- slightly bitter pineapple orange peach like the smell. Nice oat backbone at the same time though
Feel - fairly full body and creamy with a medium light carb
Overall - really delicious beer

Canned 1/18/17; drank 1/31/17 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dull orange rust appearance.
A violent pour yielded a huge white head; decent lace.
Pineapple, peach & orange peel notes in the nose; citrus heaven!
Medium mouthfeel.
Banana & peach flavors up front; dry orange peel & mild booze heat notes on the finish.
This smelled better than it taste, but was overall enjoyable.

Really hazy peach color with soapy off-white head. Aroma is quite dank with some overripe stonefruit notes and cabbage. Taste is a bit boozy but the hops cover it up quite well. Low bitterness with grassy flavor. Medium body and carbonation. Nice one but a bit underwhelming.

First Monkish beer, and it’s very good. It’s certainly on par with Trillium, TH and OH. Could tell right away this was a Citra beer. Loads of oranges and fresh fruit on the nose and in taste. Very mimosa like. Nice velvet feel and hazy appearance.
