Looks like chicken broth. People that rate appearance of this highly are ... uh ... not using their eyeballs. That said, it hits the right flavor notes but I still prefer some crispness. I think that, for me, is the big detractor in Monkish IPAs / IIPAs; they are unable to make something crisp and refreshing.
