First time drinking Monkish and DAMN it was delicous! Being from Pennsylvania I dont get a lot of California Hops, but after my most recent trade, i'm begging for more! This IPA was light and juicy and carried a nice subtle bitterness in the end. It was easy drinking, I could honestly drink this beer all day long on a nice warm sunny day. I can only imagine what their other IPA's taste like. Defintiely would trade some Brew Gentlemen for some Monkish!
