Pours a hazy golden yellow. White frothy head dissipates quickly.. no lace.
Tart, funky, lemons. Getting all those farmhouse yeast funkiness but with an even hit of sour lemons.
I love citrus. This is all lemons. Tart and sour, hardly any present funk. Just acidic, lemony goodness.
A lip smacker, light body. Very low carb, effervescent but perfect. Any higher carb would clash with the sour greatness of this beer.
