Interested in this, as it's my first pilsner from Monkish. Honestly it's weird seeing a Monkish beer that isn't hazy!
This guy pours a really nice pale gold. There's a quarter inch of thin white foam that dissipates pretty quickly.
Bitter wheat, coriander, and light honey hit the nose. A very light beer, similar to Kolsch-style ale or a lighter Hef.
Like with the nose, those familiar pale wheaty notes come back, with slight hints of malt and again a very mild bitterness. Don't get me wrong though, this is a very light and easy drinking beer. Super crisp and refreshing, drink this one very cold and on a nice hot day. You won't regret it.

Can opened at Shelton Bros, Atlanta, 2017. I am definitely not the biggest pilsner fan. The style is basically too 'weak' for my taste. But this was amazing. Full flavor; slightly sweet. Reminded me more of a Kolsch than a pilsner. Best pilsner I've ever had
