Received in a trade.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a hazy dark straw with a one finger head that fades quickly to leave thin wispy lacing and a light halo.
S - Aromas of light tropical notes, maybe a little bit of mustiness. Light citrus and oranges, decent grassy floral notes with just a little bit of earthiness thanks to the mosaic.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with really light pineapple flavour. The citrus gets bright as it goes. Not juicy persay but almost like a zest/citrus oil. An almost spritzy flavour before getting lightly earthy. The mosaic is more subtle pine with a very light bitterness.
M - Mouthfeel is very brightly carbonated, nice body, crisp, incredibly refreshing.
O - Overall this was a solid APA. Mouthfeel was probably the best aspect of this beer as that was really, really nice. Still though, I prefer the more aggressive offerings from Monkish.
