Pours a bright semi hazy gold yellow. Super dry on the nose, cracker malts and bread notes as well as a very light surfer burn to the nostrils. Taste is of dry malt, crackers, stale bread. Taste is beautiful. A hint of hard boiled egg but this Pilsner has character as it’s not filtered. A nice hoppyness to it that if you search hard enough for puts of some light citrus notes. Knowing that is not to style but enjoyable non the less. Nice dry grainy finish. Medium to light on body.

A super crushable beer with a slight hop profile and full of light wheats notes. Smooth and crisp with a thin golden yellow body. It may just be a pilsner, but the lack of filtration makes a clear difference with the quality of this beer.
