Canned on 02/28/18, ‘Avo Toast’.
Pours a nice golden yellow with a full two fingers of frothy white foam and some thin but even lace hanging out around the glass.
Big, bold aromas. Sweet, boozy, and tropical. Mango, pineapple, and citrus all swirling around the nose in perfect harmony. Awesome.
More “dry-hopped” characteristics when tasting. Drier, bitter, present hops. But there is clear balance from that tropicality that comes back, with pineapple on the forefront and lots of citrus. Grapefruit and orange peel lead the way.
Thinner body than expected, but not in a bad way. Low but sharp carb, finishes smooth and juicy.

Canned 2/28/18; drank 3/8/18 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dull yellow/orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big off-white head; minimal lace.
Grapefruit, dry wheat & table sugar notes in the nose.
Sticky medium mouthfeel.
Grapefruit & dry wheat flavors; sticky table sugar notes on the finish.
Sticky & artificially sweet; a NutraSweet IPA? Pretty bummed I have 4 more of these.
