Canned 03/13/18, ‘DDH OH’. Side-by-side with Universal on All Planes.
Pours a deep golden yellow, quickly dissipating white foamy head and very little lace retention around the glass.
Initially I didn’t get much from the nose, but as it warms it changes entirely. Lots of pineapple and hints of booze. Sweet and increasingly pleasant.
A nice combination of sweet pineapple, hints of malt, and orange peel on the backbone. A little bit of earthy bitterness to balance it all out.
Low-medium body, effervescent carb, juicy. Sticky finish.
