Canned 3/27/18, ‘AMEN’.
Pours a hazy golden yellow with a frothy white, bubbling head of foam. That dissipates slowly. No residual lace around the glass.
The nose on this is really nice. Lots of wheat and grain, but there’s a very pleasing citrus aroma to go along with it. Sweet malt is present throughout, and hints of corn grits as it warms.
More of the same. Sweet malt, very slight bitterness, and a thin grapefruity finish. A typical German-style Pilsner, but with a positive twist.
The body is light, crisp, and with a sharp carb. Very crushable. Leaves a residual film around the mouth.
