Double dry-hopped Pale Ale brewed with California-grown and floor-malted pale malt from Admiral Malting and dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Centennial.

Pale, hazy golden pour. The head appears, and quickly disappears as it bubbles away into a nicely carbonated golden pond.
The nose is fairly mild, but with tropical hints and a subtle balance of floral hops. Mango and pineapple wriggle their way through.
The carb is sharp, the flavors are predominantly light. There’s a slightly sticky, juicy finish. Medium carb, but although many of the characteristics scream IPA, the bitter finish that clings to pineapple qualities just screams APA.
