Collaboration with Cloudwater Brew Co.
Wrap Your Troubles In Dreams (bigger than our usual double dry-hopped) double IPA made in collaboration with Cloudwater Brew. A more robust DIPA brewed with Golden Promise and Pilsner malts, and lots of wheat (malted, raw, flaked) and hopped with Galaxy, Citra, and Centennial.

Canned 03/08/18, ‘POLE’.
Pours a beautiful dark golden yellow. Minimal white foamy head that settles quickly.
The nose has a nice combination of subtle tropical fruit and zesty citrus. There is also a present grassiness that keep the balance in check. Really digging this aroma.
Lots of present hops for Monkish haze, with a bitter, earthy, grassy predominance. Citrus is definitely present, but more as a compliment. Ripe lemon stands out most, giving an added bitter edge.
The mouthfeel on this is really nice. Pillowy soft, low but sharp carb. Sticky and very smooth. Undoubtedly a juicy feel.

That standard Monkish color. Lots of citrus in this one; orange, tangerine, ripe lemon, you name it. Flavor follows suit, and body is jussssst right. Good stuff, but not my favorite Monkish.
