SIMPLETIM is a Double Dry Hopped (DDH) Double IPA brewed in collaboration with our dear friends, Tim and Adair, from Sante Adairius Rustic Ales. We took their popular and delicious Simpleton IPA and bumped it up to Double IPA and super dry hopped it with Galaxy & Simcoe hops!

Received as an extra in a trade and shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy golden hue with a nice one finger head that fades to leave light lacing and a thin halo.
S - Big aromas of super bright galaxy hops. All the mango and pineapple hops! Nice citrus as well with lovely oranges. Slightly sweet malts.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice slightly sweet malts. Good tropical notes with light mango. Solid citrus notes and juice.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, little creamy, very solid.
O - Overall this was a very solid dipa, excellent tropical notes as well. Really really lovely.

Pours a decent foamy creamy smaller head, decent lacing, super murky pale orange color
Nose is super Galaxy explosive, tons of tropical, pineapple, a little musty mango papaya, tons of generic tropical, little musty green hops, a touch of sweet malt notes, fruity citrus, just all of that and more
Taste brings loads more of the same tropical flavors, loads of pineapple, citrus, some mango, candied dried mango and generic tropical but not a ton, juicy with some pithy, mild creamy malt and a little flaked something, a bit of bitterness, some rind, candy fruits, drier finish with fair bitterness, lingering mild citrus and generic tropical with pineapple
Mouth is med bod, a bit soft, juicy, and decent but milder carbonation
Overall some awesome characters but also some lesser great points, great Galaxy hops, but doesn't explode as much on the taste

Canned 06/05/18, ‘DELEGATION’.
Has a hazy golden pour, with a frothy white head. Minimal, spotty lace. Overall a great color with a promising future.
Ripe tropical mango all over the nose, with pineapple an citrus peel following. A sweet malt bill balances the scales, while it finishes slightly boozy. Great nose on this, strong and with a little bit of everything.
More tropical fruit flavors. Subtle booze balances familiar flavors of pineapple and orange.. Bitter, mildly grassy hops stand out in the finish, giving it just a slight heat from those tingling hops.
Medium weight, sharp medium carb. Crisp, juicy, creamy.
