Canned on stamp rubbed off, released on 7/17/18.
Pours a pale wheaty gold color, hazy and with a finger froth of head that fizzles out to a quarter inch.
Slight hints of corn grits and grain, but a predominant nose of zesty lemon. A nice subtle profile, but with that balance of citrus and grain it doesn’t need anything else.
This drinks more like a very light pale ale. Bright citrus is the predominant flavor profile, going perfectly with a crisp, slightly floral and grainy finish, with a sneaking consistency of Honeydew. The finish has a nice malty finish.
Light, high carb, crisp and refreshing. Slight stickiness in the finish. A tasty Pilsner with good complexity.
