DIPA with cookies, milk sugar, vanilla beans and pineapple, hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy.

Pours a vibrant bright yellow, pineapple juice like...go figure ;) soapy white head. Nose is full of fruit. Pineapple, grapefruit and mango. Taste of light grapefruit and pineapple notes. Lactose seems to be missing a bit and there is a slight hoppy harshness to it. Can’t quite figure it out. Not much of a cookie I’m thinking. It’s good but expected something a little different. Medium to thin body with a slight bitter bite to finish.

Like a hazy IPA.
Couldn't get a good sample outdoors.
Fruity sting of pineapple or grapefruit or something gives it that juicy burst. Mix of hops make a soft flavor -- possibly galaxy in there, not sure though.
Creamy.
